The certificate will be delivered to eligible USAA Member electronically via USAAs online car shopping service. Only one certificate will be allowed per each eligible vehicle. The customer may redeem this certificate at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Dealership or FIAT Studio. Customers who are in possession of the original USAA Member Certificate are automatically qualified to receive benefit under this program. Not all USAA members are eligible for this program. Only customers who have a certificate are eligible to participate. The certificate must be presented to a franchised FCA US LLC dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase of an eligible vehicle. Only one certificate can be applied to the retail purchase of an eligible vehicle. Lost certificates will be honored. The vehicle sale must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household. The eligible retail purchase customer must assign the cash allowance to the selling dealer. The retail purchasers order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicles purchase price as a separate line item. This program is compatible with the following program types, providing the vehicle meets all program eligibility requirements: Automobility Program, On-The-Job Program, National or Regional Consumer Cash Allowance/APR Programs. Only customers who have a certificate are eligible to participate. The certificate is not transferable to anyone outside the original customers household/address. Proof of address is required.

#39CLB This program offers a cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1/B) or lease (Type Sale L/E) of an eligible vehicle. Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged). Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans are eligible. Eligible branches of the military are: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and National Guard. All eligible personnel must present qualifying documentation (as outlined in the first paragraph of Dealer Responsibility) that clearly reflects their eligibility status, to a franchised FCA Dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase of an eligible vehicle. The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household. Spouses of deceased military members who meet the eligibility criteria above are eligible to participate. If the customer is a National Association of Realtors member (REALTOR); program 38CJY1 should be used. National Association of Realtors employees must provide proof of employment to be eligible. The incentive is not transferable to anyone outside the original customers household/address. Proof of address and/or immediate family relationships required.
